The Drive Files Manager add-on allows you to use a spreadsheet to manage the files in any/all of your Google Drive folders. For Image and Video files you can also retrieve the Exif data captured by the device and see a thumbnail of the file.
Once the files have been listed you can use the add-on to manage your files in bulk. You can You can use it to update file names and descriptions and delete files if you need to. If there are Image or Video files in the folder it will show you the EXIF data that is embedded in those files. (the list of fields is shown below). It will also show you a thumbnail of the image and give you links to download the files.
The first three fields which are editable are - File Name, Description, Starred
